At Lively Medicity Private Limited, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. All orders for our spices and wellness products are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
2. Delivery Timeline & Shipping Charges
We deliver products across India through reliable courier logistics partners.
Shipping Charges: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated and displayed clearly at the checkout page.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard deliveries usually take between 4 to 10 business days depending on your delivery location and pin code serviceability.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS notification from us containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

4. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
Please ensure that your complete shipping address, pin code, and contact mobile number are entered correctly during checkout. Lively Medicity Private Limited will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
